By placing an order through our site, you agree to the terms below.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation acknowledging we’ve received it.
Once your order is accepted and dispatched, a binding contract is formed between you and Tales of Illumination Ltd.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices shown on our website include VAT (where applicable) and are displayed in your selected currency.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.
We do our best to ensure prices are accurate at the time of listing, but in the event of an error, we’ll notify you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures.
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
5. Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Tales of Illumination candles. However, if for any reason you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

6. Product Information
We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, as each product is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, finish, or fragrance may occur — we see that as part of the charm.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify items at any time.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We only use your data to process your orders, improve our service, and, if you opt in, keep you informed about new launches and offers.
8. Liability
We’re committed to providing the highest quality products and service. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
