Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our fulfilment partners within 2–4 working days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

During busy periods or new product launches, please allow a little extra time — we promise it’ll be worth the wait.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the rest of Europe.
At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of Europe.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location.

  • United Kingdom: Typically delivered within 2–5 working days from dispatch.

  • European Union: Typically delivered within 3–7 working days.

  • Rest of Europe: Typically delivered within 5–10 working days.

We’ll always do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the UK or EU, local customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We’re unable to predict or cover these fees but are happy to provide any documentation required for clearance.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows significant delays or your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at house@tales-of-illumination.com, and we’ll look into it right away.

We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier issues beyond our control, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve them quickly.

Damages During Transit
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged, please email house@tales-of-illumination.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
