Returns
We hope you love your Tales of Illumination candles. If for any reason you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To start a return, please contact us at house@tales-of-illumination.com within 30 days of delivery to receive the return instructions and address.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-returnable items:

• Candles that have been lit or used

• Gift cards

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damages & Defects
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at house@tales-of-illumination.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
